The really sad part is that you don't see people of color getting leading roles in general. Fewer roles translates to fewer chances to win.
I know Eva Longoria tried her best by hiring all the hot Latinas in Hollywood not named Jessica Alba for Devious Maids, but come on!
Hollywood can do better than this.
