California State Sen. Roy Ashburn has had reality thrown in his face.

Being anti-gay didn't help the DUI and gay drama that followed. Now, Roy comes clean and comes out in this interview.

This unbelievable! I am so tired of these self hating gays, wringing their hands and finding all sorts of ways to rationalize their nasty behaviors...I have spent a majority of my life in Bakersfield, and as far as I can remember there was a steady diet if Ashburn demonizing and pathologizing gay people. His "coming out" (via DUI arrest) does not excuse his unconscionable legacy.
