1. Accept the fact that self-doubt is part of the human experience. I find this prevents me from going into a downward spiral.
2. Recall moments in life when you overcame, achieved, exceeded, and were capable of rising to the challenge.
3. Summon your inner-cheerleader. Think pep-talk from the coach in the locker room.
4. Visualize success.
5. Go for it!
