Are you Out at Work?
I am, but according to a survey by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, many LGBT folks are not.
Here are some results
51% of LGBT employees say they hide their sexual orientation or gender identity from most or all of their coworkers.
42% of LGBT employees say they've lied about their personal relationships in the past year.
5% of workers ages 18–24 say they are open about their sexual orientation or gender identity, while 20% of their older colleagues say they are.
The survey also found that only 18% of LGBT Latinos are willing to be open with everyone at work, compared to 25% of African-Americans and 29% of whites.

V, I'm self employed now, but I have been out at every place I have ever worked.
ALWAYS...I DONT GIVE A DAMN WHO HEARS IT!
Yep!
At my last job I was out to everyone. Job before that everyone who asked got told the truth with the exception of one shrew.
She used to love to speculate on my sexuality and when people do that it's time for me to automatically say nothing. I like keeping an asshole in suspense.
I am VERY out. And don't give a damn who knows it.
I'm out and I proudly flaunt the fact that I'm proud to be gay.
I'm out...
No one has ever asked me though. I think they know...lol.
