The Man who said Elmo's Kevin Clash had sex with him as a teen LIED

This is some good news in this messy scandal.

The guy who told this tall tale said his sexual relationship with Kevin was adult and consensual.

Kevin said he is “relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest.”

I guess the bigger question is, "Why did he tell this lie in the first place?"

I think there was money involved. The younger guy was probably getting the boot and wanted to blackmail Kevin. This is just another example of powerful, rich gays dating some messy 20 something boys.

Leave these messy boys alone. Young meat is too much trouble to be bother with. Just leave these folks alone.

Sheriff Paul Babeu's Congressional Campaign falls apart

Sheriff Paul Babeu is really trying to get that congressional nod. But with his scandal, being gay and being as power hungry asshole, things ain't coming together so well.

New Times reports:
Contributions to congressional hopeful Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu barely trickled in during March, with the once-popular lawman pocketing a mere $6,700 in the wake of multiple scandals that have enveloped him, his agency and his campaign.

By comparison, Congressman Paul Gosar, who is also running for a seat in Arizona's Fourth Congressional District, raised $80,000 that same month.

Overall, Babeu raised $144,007 during the first three months of this year -- which represents a little more than half of the $263,000 he was able to raise in the last three months of 2011.

Gosar managed to pull in $115,000 during the first quarter of the year, and although he was out-raised by Babeu during the same time period, it is clear that the sheriff's campaign is losing momentum.
Oh well, judging by his pic above, Paul could be in Men At Work or Bound In Public.

Sheriff Paul Babeu's Ex Speaks Out - VIDEO

From CNN
"Jose" said his immigration status is current and legal. He said he travels back and forth home to Mexico on a 10-year, US tourist visa that allows multiple-crossings of the border. He also said he was running a business in Arizona called Website Results LLC and claimed it's legal to run the business in the country, even on a tourist visa.

The pair, Jose said, initially met on the website "gay.com" in 2006, and Babeu allegedly emailed Jose a photo of him with McCain –a politician Jose said he didn't know about at the time.

They started dating and were together for three years in all, Jose said, including a short period of time when the two had split up.

Jose claims that he fell in love with Babeu and now reluctantly says he doesn't think the sheriff was ever in love with him.

Crooked Sheriff Paul Babeu admits Being Gay and leaves Romney's Camp

Sheriff Paul Babeu continues his drama as he speaks on working in Romney's camp and the deportation scandal. For the Romney part, Paul said:
"I called the Romney campaign, and I told him I'm going to step away from the campaign," Babeu told a crowd of reporters. He says the campaign told him: "We support your decision, sheriff."
He was the Arizona co-chair of Mitt Romney's campaign. However, the scandal continues to draw more questions and concerns.
Babeu characterized the business dispute as ending after his attorney, Chris DeRose, demanded from Jose all the passwords to the accounts they say were hacked. However, letters provided to New Times detail continued exchanges between DeRose and Melissa Weiss-Riner.
If the matters were settled, and there were no further attempts to persuade Jose into silence, then why would DeRose continue contacting Weiss-Riner?

Weiss-Riner, who received the phone calls directly from DeRose, stands by her clients' allegations.
Babeu admitted to reporters that he did have a personal relationship with Jose, the man who reached out to New Times to share his story. And he also said he did not deny the veracity of the text messages or photos published by our publication.

In one series of texts Jose provided, the sheriff himself appears to be threatening his former lover:
Babeu: "You can never have business after this and you will harm me and many others in the process . . . including yourself & your family."

Babeu followed with: "And you say you have loved me? Papi . . . this is no good."

Jose responded: "Good threats. Wont work. Im already hurt me . . . and you didn't care."

Then later:
Jose: "Dont threat me. Thats illegal. Im just speaking . . . true."

Babeu: "You have crossed the line. Better get an attorney. You brother will also be contacted."
I feel like this is going to get worse.

Mega Hater Peter LaBarbera blames Homosexuality for the Penn State Scandal

The haters just had to weigh in on the Penn State drama. Peter LaBarbera wrote this 'junkbox' post about how homosexuality is cause of the scandal.

In fact, it's titled: How Many Boy Victims of Penn State Homosexual Predator Jerry Sandusky Will End Up Thinking They are ‘Gay’

Here are Peter's 'observations':
  • Many openly homosexual (“gay”) men, like CNN anchor Don Lemon, were molested as boys or experienced abnormally early sexualization. Yet many of these same men do NOT see their boyhood victimization at the hands of homosexual male predators as causing their homosexuality. (This is due partly to the success of the modern “gay” movement that falsely ascribes “gayness” to a person’s (innate) identity, and emphasizes the ambiguous notion of “sexual orientation” as opposed to behavior that is sinful, destructive and changeable.)
  • Thus, how many boy victims of homosexual predator Sandusky will end up believing that being homosexual (“gay”) is “who they are”? How many will struggle with sexual identity issues? And how many will be told by LGBT advocates and liberal-minded people just to “accept being gay” as “who they are” because they were “born that way”?

  • Because the media and academia have largely become apologists for the modern homosexualist movement, they downplay or ignore obvious causative factors in the formation of “gay” identity – including pederastic molestation. CNN’s Lemon is a case in point: he is now an “out gay” celebrity, yet few question the absurdity of him not associating the molestation of his youth with his later embrace of homosexuality as a positive identity.
  • There IS a long history connecting homosexuality to pederasty, and a disproportionate link between homosexuality and pedophilia: why else would so many child molestation victims be boys when only 1-3 percent of the population is homosexual? Since cases of women molesting boys remain rare, if homosexuality were not such a strong factor, nearly all of pedophile victims should be girls, which is far from the case.
  • Sandusky is married but obviously has a homosexuality (perversion) problem. Yet pro-“gay” liberals will deny any linkage between homosexuality and Sandusky’s rape/seduction of boys. In fact, after news of the Penn State scandal came to light, “gay” activists stressed that Sandusky is married and that most pedophile cases involve “straight, married men.” However, behavior is what matters – not a person’s marital status or self-described “sexual orientation.” Sandusky was married but was he really “straight” (sexually or morally)? Some inner demons or life traumas – probably in his own youth – caused him to lust for boys, wrecking untold misery in the lives of his victims. Behavior is the issue, and this was a case of a serial homosexual predator raping boys.
So basically to Peter, we are to blame.

BIG Sex Scandal at Penn State!

Most of you know I work at USC (Southern California). So it was only natural the news about Penn State would be running wild here.

Now, I know we had our share of drama and scandals; but I hope we never have a scandal like this:
Joe Paterno, one of most successful coaches in college football history, was fired Wednesday night by the Penn State Board of Trustees amid an ongoing child-abuse scandal involving one of his former assistant coaches.

University president Graham Spanier was also fired.

Paterno, who announced earlier Wednesday his intention to retire at the end of his 46th season with the Nittany Lions, has been the center of criticism for failing to contact authorities in 2002 after being told a graduate assistant saw former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky assaulting a boy in a school shower.
Sandusky was arrested Saturday and has been accused of molesting eight boys over a 15-year period. He has denied the accusations.

Defensive coordinator Tom Bradley will serve as interim coach.
In a statement released before his firing on Wednesday, Paterno expressed remorse for the victims and regretted not doing more to stop the alleged incidents.

"This is a tragedy," Paterno said. "It is one of the great sorrows of my life. With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I had done more."
In hindsight? Tell that to the boys who were sexually assaulted.

Eddie Long's Church wants to Recover Settlement Money from the Sex Scandal

Jamal Parris and Spencer LeGrande were among the five men who accused Bishop Eddie Long of sexual coercion

The Black Church at their best... They want to get their money back from Eddie Long's sex scandals.

Attorneys representing Eddie Long's church have informed three of the five young men who accused the pastor of sexual coercion that they intend to recover nearly $1 million from their financial settlement, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has learned.

The letter, sent this week by the Atlanta law firm Drew Eckl & Farnham, alleges that Jamal Parris, Spencer LeGrande and Centino Kemp violated terms of a confidentiality agreement outlined in the settlement with Long and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.  The firm is seeking at least $900,000 already paid the three accusers, according to people involved in the settlement but not authorized to speak publicly. That figure is a portion of the total settlement with the three men.

Financial terms of that settlement have not been disclosed but, based on the letter and the fact each of the young men were paid equitably, the total comes to at least $1.5 million.
This is some brand new mess right here. You can't get your money back! But let's take a real look at this issue. Since this was settled out of court and we had no idea what the deals were between the men... Does Eddie want those detail flashed all over the news?

New Birth members, y'all are about to learn more about your faithful leader.

Thanks, Nelson for the heads up.

Bishop Eddie Long Settles Out of Court

Yes, the guilty must pay and pay he did. Bishop Eddie Long has settled his sex scandal case out of court.
B.J. Bernstein, the attorney representing the men, said in a statement that the lawsuits against Long and his church have “been resolved.”
Bernstein's two-paragraph statement said that neither she nor the accusers would talk about the lawsuits “now or in the future.”

Art Franklin, a Long spokesman, said Thursday that the pastor settled because it “is the most reasonable road for everyone to travel.”

“This decision was made to bring closure to this matter and to allow us to move forward with the plans God has for this ministry,” Franklin said in a statement. Long is an internationally known televangelist who crusaded against gay marriage, and the lawsuits against him drew national attention.

The settlement comes eight months after Long, the senior pastor of New Birth Missionary Church in Lithonia, Georgia, said from the pulpit of his 25,000 member megachurch that he vowed to fight the accusations against him, with the congregation cheering in response.
To be honest, I hate that he didn't go to court for this. I believe he is guilty and he took advantage of those boys. I hope his church members wake up and see the liar and charlatan he really is.

Interesting Quote: Bishop Eddie Long

"In times of challenge, there are several things that come out. Your faith will be strengthened or weakened. My faith is being strengthened."

His statements are met with thunderous applause.

Interesting Quote: Roland S. Martin

Yet I also hope that when Long speaks, he does one of two things: If in his mind and heart he has done no wrong, he will launch a vigorous defense of his name and integrity and vow with every fiber in his body to fight the charges, even if that means spending every dime he has and not settle the lawsuits.
But if he is guilty of what is alleged, I pray that Long doesn't stand before his church as its spiritual father and continue the charade of saying "I didn't do it" and tear into his accusers. God, Long and those young men know what took place, and as someone who has listened to many of his sermons and read his books, Long has often talked about the need for Christians, especially men, to be accountable for their actions and confess their sins.

If guilty, and if he truly cares about his enormous flock, he will stand before them and admit to the error of his ways, and not put them through more pain and heartache. He is a charismatic pastor who has always been known to preach an uncompromising Word, unwilling to say what folks want to hear, but instead, what they need to hear.

Bishop Long, your congregation and the world don't want to hear excuses. They don't want ambiguity.

Roland believes Bishop Eddie Long should step down.

CNN Covers the Bishop Eddie Long Drama

One More for Bishop Eddie Long

This is a pic he allegedly sent to Jamal Parris

Lord, this is becoming a Tyler Perry movie.

Another man has come out about Bishop Eddie Long and how he manipulated him sexually.

According to the lawsuit filed today in DeKalb County, Long welcomed Jamal Parris, who was 14 years old at the time, into his circle of "Spiritual Sons." Long allegedly lavished gifts on the small, intimate group of young male parishioners who'd entered into a "covenant" with the pastor. Much like the other lawsuits, Long is accused of using his spiritual position and scripture to defend the alleged sexual encounters.

The relationship turned sexual after 2004, the lawsuit claims, when Parris, who by then was 17 and had started working at New Birth as Long's personal assistant, accompanied the pastor on trips across the country in the church's private plane and made private visits to his DeKalb County guesthouse and living area at the megachurch.

According to the suit, in 2009, Parris — whom Long allegedly encouraged to call him "Daddy" — started a relationship with a girlfriend, distanced himself from the pastor, and ultimately left the church.

This church as a private plane? People stop paying for this man's lust for power and wealth! No wonder he's corrupted.
