Hillary Wins Big

Hillary won Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland last night. Again, she took the minority vote but she also gained more women voters.

Bernie continues to get the white male voters, but it's not enough to break her stride. After tonight, Hillary could lose the rest of the primaries and still get the nomination. I think this is over folks.

Delaware now protects the Transgender Community from Discrimination

The Delaware Senate voted 11-10, to pass a law protecting transgender people from discrimination.

Once Gov. Jack Markell will sign the Gender Identity Nondiscrimination Act into law, Delaware will become the 17th state to protect the transgender community from discrimination.

Now, a little bit about the law.

It will provide protections in employment, public accommodations, housing, contracting, and insurance. Their are more detailed pieces to this bill, such as, clear intent that the anti-discrimination protections cannot be used for “improper purpose,” and disrobing issues in companies.

Civil Unions + Delaware = Good Stuff

Delaware is moving forward. They now have civil unions!

The 26-15 vote by the state House of Representatives was heralded by gay rights groups. The state Senate passed the bill last week on a 13-6 vote.

"Parties who enter into a lawful civil union in Delaware, or whose legal union is recognized as a civil union under Delaware law, will have all of the same rights, benefits, protections and responsibilities as married persons under Delaware law," the measure says.

"Today, we celebrate a victory for all Delaware families who will have the tools to protect themselves in good times and in bad," said Joe Solomonese, Human Rights Campaign president, in a statement.
Delaware Gov. Jack Markell has said he will sign the bill, according to the Delaware News Journal.
"The fact that the Delaware General Assembly passed civil union legislation on the first attempt is a great testament to how far public opinion has come on equality issues," said Lisa Goodman, president of Equality Delaware.

The bill does not allow same-sex couples to obtain marriage licenses, and religious institutions retain the right to refuse to solemnize such unions. After it is signed, the bill will take effect January 1.

The Worst Witch, Christine O'Donnell claimed that China was Taking Over the US

This is what happens when you failed at Miss Cackle's Academy for Witches... In 2006, Crazy pants claimed China was plotting to take over our country:

She said China had a "carefully thought out and strategic plan to take over America" and accused one opponent of appeasement for suggesting that the two countries were economically dependent and should find a way to be allies.
"That doesn't work," she said. "There's much I want to say. I wish I wasn't privy to some of the classified information that I am privy to."
"A country that forces women to have abortions and mandates that you can only have one child and will not allow you the freedom to read the Bible, you think they can be our friend?" she asked. "We have to look at our history and realize that if they pretend to be our friend it's because they've got something up their sleeve."
O'Donnell's campaign didn't immediately respond to questions about the comments.

Again, how did she win the nomination?

Interesting Quote: Christine O'Donnell

"How many of you didn't hang out with questionable folks in high school? There's been no witchcraft since. If there was, Karl Rove would be a supporter now."

That's what she told her coven at a GOP picnic.

Karl Rove said Christine O'Donnell needs explain her Witch Dabblings

Karl Rove said today that Trojan Vibrating Touch spokeswoman, Christine O' Donnell needs to talk about her invoking the Guardians of the Watchtower days.
"In southern Delaware, where there are a lot of church-going people, they're probably going to want to know what was that all about," Rove said on Fox News Sunday. "And again, she said it on television when she went on the ... the Bill Maher show."

Rove was referring to an October 1999 appearance O'Donnell made on Maher's "Politically Incorrect" show where she said," I dabbled into witchcraft -- I never joined a coven... One of my first dates with a witch was on a satanic altar, and I didn't know it." O'Donnell had been on Maher's show frequently in the 1990s, and Maher has said he is going to show an O'Donnell clip each week until she agrees to appear again.

Rove said that in whatever way O'Donnell deals with the quote from her past, she can't say, "These are unfactual and not true and ... go to my Web site and ignore them."

"I don't think the people of Delaware have or are accepting that as a reasonable explanation," Rove said. "And until they do, they're going to be resistant to hearing the bigger, broader, more important message."

As you can tell, Karl is not a fan

Christine O'Donnell is Tampered Darksided Stuff!

Now, I know how she won the Delaware Primaries... she used WITCHCRAFT!

On Bill Maher last night, he revealed a clip that showed Christine O'Donnell admitting to doing witchcraft.
Well, we got the clip and remixed it a little, check it out:

Yes, she did! The God Warrior was a Wicked Witch! We see the truth!

So teabaggers, Christine may not be the non-touch-myself angel. She could be darksided! A demon who will snatch up your husbands and eat your children!

Repubs, This is How you Lose: Christine O'Donnell

This freak of nature won in Delaware last night. Now Repubs have to figure out how to promote this non-toucher in the election in November.

Now Christine O'Donnell has a lot mess to deal with. She's basically broke, too far to extreme and half of the Repubs big money peeps won't support her.

So, pretty much, Repubs, you lost and you LOST.

Good luck with trying to sell this loser to the entire public.

Vacation Chat pt 1: Newark, Delaware

Our vacation begins in my partner's stomping grounds to the south of Philly, in Newark, Delaware.

It's a small but interesting place. There's more Micky Ds than clothing stores here, but that's okay. However, they do have a Super Wal-Mart! I know folks have their views about Wal-Mart, but I can't help it...I love Super Wal-Mart!

This town also have a old fashion Dairy Queen and Buffalo Wild Wings, so my weight loss from this past week may be in vain. Lucky for me, this hotel has a gym.

There are great places to eat and chill here, but what I love about this freaky little town is...well, the town. Folks are able to walk around at all hours of the night, shouting out mess like: Bitches and liquor, my type of party or I like your penis. I actually enjoy this aspect in a small town, you can't do this in South Central.

Also it's very diverse and quite busy at the midnight hours. And speaking of midnight, we attended the Rocky Horror Picture Show in a local theater.

The audience was very, uh, special and very White. In fact, it was noted by "Eddie" that I was 1 of 4 Blacks in the room. No big, I'm used to that. However, I wasn't used to this poor Zack Morris look-alike screaming out all the wrong parts in the movie. He thought he was funny, but he was far from it and I mean North Pole far.

But in all, my first day in Newark was cute. We will see what tomorrow will bring.
