A Federal Judge strikes down a part of Kentucky's Gay Marriage Ban
Whoa, sorry to be late on this, I was in some meetings.
Kentucky dropped a bomb today. U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn II struck down a part of Kentucky’s marriage ban, recognizing valid same-sex marriages performed in other states!
Four same-sex couples brought the case up and now it's being completely challenged. Hopefully, soon they will consider destroying the whole ban, making marriage equality legal.
It must be something in the water.
