Yes! Like Yesterday! Get to binge watching!
We had decided not to watch cuz we don't usually like series television. On the advice of several dozen close friends, we bought the first three seasons on blu-ray, in a boxed set, and think its' FANTASTIC!! I'd recommend watching it.
I've watched since the first episode and I LOVE it!
You must watch the first three seasons before watching season 4. Seriously. Everything is interconnected and will explain a lot. But as an Anglophile I highly recommend it.
I'll probably get around to it. We are working our way through Breaking Bad on Netflix and are very impressed. Should have started watching it ages ago!
So many people have said Downton Abbey is great that we are paying attention, but haven't started watching it yet.
