Campus Shooting leaves two dead at UCLA

Wow, folks.

My friend at UCLA just told me about the active shooter on campus. He was two buildings away from the incident. Reports began pouring in about the shootings.

What we know is two people are dead. The campus is still on lockdown. The police is searching a person in all black clothing. We don't know the motive for the shootings as of yet.

Back in Class

I'm taking another Scriptwriting class this summer, but this time it's at the rival school, UCLA. This class is all about writing your TV drama.

The class has all types of folks attending. There are a few working writers from Teen Wolf, Army Wives and Mountain Men. We also have an actress from the show Copper. Our teacher was the showrunner for the original Beverly Hill 90210, so I have much respect for him. I mean, this guy ran show that started the teen show craze! We have 6 weeks to create a show, I think I have an idea... More on that later.

This class is just what I needed to get my engines moving. It's a great escape from work and other issues in my life. I am looking forward to knowing my classmates, because you never know if one them could be a future colleague. However, my only complaint is the drive. UCLA is on the other side of town and if you don't about LA, trust me, it's a serious drive.

Kirk Cameron keeps Stomping all over my Heart

Once a star in my erotic nightmares, is now just a huge disappointment to watch. Kirk Cameron, who's been brainwashed (I really believe that) is going around campuses, talking about creationism and mess.

Kirk is trying to save us from "lies" by giving out revised editions of Origin of the Species on college campuses.

He also went on UCLA's campus to do more "saving". See here

He really needs a tight grip and slow hand. That could release him from this religious madness.

National Marriage Boycott begins

Students are joining together to boycott marriage. The National Marriage Boycott is a student-driven initiative to get President Obama to repeal DOMA. The group will be at 1Fest at UCLA this weekend.
