According to several reports, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is dead!

He supposedly died of natural causes at a luxury resort in West Texas.

Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa, the paper reported.

According to a report, Scalia, an associate justice, arrived at the ranch on Friday and attended a private party with about 40 people. When he did not appear for breakfast, a person associated with the ranch went to his room and found a body.

The U.S. Marshal Service, the Presidio County sheriff and the FBI were involved in the investigation, the paper reported.

A federal official who asked not to be named told the paper there was no evidence of foul play and it appeared that Scalia died of natural causes.

Well... If this is true, President Obama can appoint a new judge!

Justice Scalia Thinks Black Folks Belong at "Slower" Colleges

During a ridiculous Supreme Court case over Affirmative Action, Justice Antonin Scalia suggested that we (Black folks) belong at less rigorous schools than white students.

This case is all about Abigail Fisher. She applied to University of Texas back in 2008 and didn't get in. She blamed Affirmative Action, but the truth was she didn't have the grades or the test scores to get in.

According to Justice Scalia, Gays are Made Up Minorities

Lord, this man is too much!

Justice Hater Pants spoke at a Federalist Society event, stating that the high court shouldn't get involved in matters that “invents” new minorities. And by new minorities, he means us (LGBT).
He said:

“It’s not up to the courts to invent new minorities that get special protections." 

So according to him, we are made up. And we don't need special rights. Goddess, can we get him out already?

Antonin Scalia Defends Anti-Gay Statements

This man had some words in his event the other day. During an event at Princeton University, Scalia was questioned on why he thinks laws banning sodomy are the same as barring bestiality and murder.

This is how it went down:

Some in the audience who had come to hear Scalia speak about his book applauded but more of those who attended the lecture clapped at freshman Duncan Hosie's question.
"It's a form of argument that I thought you would have known, which is called the `reduction to the absurd,'" Scalia told Hosie of San Francisco during the question-and-answer period. 

"If we cannot have moral feelings against homosexuality, can we have it against murder? Can we have it against other things?" 

Scalia said he is not equating sodomy with murder but drawing a parallel between the bans on both. 

Then he deadpanned: "I'm surprised you aren't persuaded."
Hosie said afterward that he was not persuaded by Scalia's answer. He said he believes Scalia's writings tend to "dehumanize" gays.

As Scalia often does in public speaking, he cracked wise, taking aim mostly at those who view the Constitution as a "living document" that changes with the times.
"It isn't a living document," Scalia said. "It's dead, dead, dead, dead."
