Matt Apperson is the man who shot George Zimmerman in the face. These two have had issues since last year. This time, Matt had enough.

Guess who was involved in another shooting? Yes, him again! It just happened at Lake Mary. The shooting involved two men and Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound in the face. Why, you might ask? Over road rage.

More news to come, but it's highly ridic to see this man free and causing nothing but drama almost every other month.

UPDATE on the shooting from Raw Story

The man who called 911 to report the shooting told CNN that the alleged gunman ran up to him and said, “I just shot George Zimmerman, call 911!” According to CNN executive editor Ram Ramgopal, the alleged gunman claimed he was driving when Zimmerman waved a gun, so he shot Zimmerman.

“This is very crazy. I mean it took me 3 or 4 times to comprehend what he was saying,” the man who called 911 told CNN.

A witness said he recognized Zimmerman, who got out of his truck and walked to an ambulance that happened to be parked nearby.

Justice Department declines to pursue charges against George Zimmerman

The Department of Justice just announced that they will not pursue federal criminal civil rights charges against George Zimmerman for the murder of Trayvon Martin.

Attorney General Eric Holder said they didn't find the “high standard for a federal hate crime prosecution.”

“The death of Trayvon Martin was a devastating tragedy. It shook an entire community, drew the attention of millions across the nation, and sparked a painful but necessary dialogue throughout the country,” Holder said. “Though a comprehensive investigation found that the high standard for a federal hate crime prosecution cannot be met under the circumstances here, this young man’s premature death necessitates that we continue the dialogue and be unafraid of confronting the issues and tensions his passing brought to the surface. We, as a nation, must take concrete steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future."

The family of Trayvon Martin released this statement via USA TODAY:

"We remain poised to do everything in our power to help eradicate senseless violence in our communities, because we don't want any other parent to experience the un-explainable loss we have endured,'' the family said, referring to their continuing work with a foundation named for their son.

"We will never, ever forget what happened to our son, Trayvon, and will honor his memory by working tirelessly to make the world a better place."

Daryl Parks, an attorney for the Martin family, told USA TODAY the decision represented an "injustice.''

"Neither one of our systems was able to hold him (Zimmerman) accountable criminally for what he did."

The family can still sue Zimmerman if they want to, I guess we will see.

George Zimmerman was Arrested... AGAIN!

I woke up to pee and I saw this news.

George Zimmerman was arrested! For what you might ask? For aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon! Yes, George Zimmerman, the man who murdered Trayvon Martin and was set free. The man who has been arrested two more times after that.

According to the news, George threw a wine bottle at the victim. The relationship with the victim is unclear for now. George was arrested around 9:45pm last night in Lake Mary. He will have to surrender all of his weapons by this Tuesday and wear a GPS monitoring device. Also, he was granted a $5000 bond and can't have any contact with the victim.

George is due back in court on Feb. 17 in front of Judge Donna McIntosh.

Here are the conditions of the bail

• He cannot return to two Florida addresses
• He can't have contact with the accuser
• George can't possess weapons
• He has to wear a monitoring device
• George can't travel outside Florida

Mark O'Mara Quits being George Zimmerman's Lawyer

Well, George Zimmerman is free again to cause violence or worse. But this time, he won't have his lawyer to help him. Today, Mark O'Mara dropped George Zimmerman.

Mark's spokesperson released a statement saying:

Mark O'Mara will not represent Zimmerman in any future litigation including his divorce and any possible charges resulting from the Monday incident involving his wife and father-in-law.

However, he will still be his lawyer in a defamation suit still pending against NBC.

Shellie Zimmerman files for Divorce from George Zimmerman

Liar and perjury girl of the week, Shellie Zimmerman, has filed for divorce from George Zimmerman. She said in other interviews, that George was draining her self-esteem.

I wonder if being married to a killer is getting to her. Hell, I wonder if she thinks he's guilty and the 'guilt' is getting to her.

Who knows... but here's the tea, remember that money they raised for George's defense fund from all those idiots? Well, that money might be used to support Shellie. According to several sites , Shellie is living off of that money. She is getting $4,300 a month for living expenses.

Interesting, considering they are still in debt. I'm sure I will have more to post about this story.

Juror B29 says George Zimmerman 'Got Away With Murder'

I can't with this news!

In an upcoming interview on Good Morning, America. The Juror B29 and the only one of color speaks out about the Zimmerman trial.

In the interview, Maddy said this:

"George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can't get away from God. And at the end of the day, he's going to have a lot of questions and answers he has to deal with. [But] the law couldn't prove it."

Originally Maddy wanted to convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder, but felt there wasn't enough evidence to prove that (REALLY?).

She also said:

"I was the juror that was going to give them the hung jury. I fought to the end. That's where I felt confused, where if a person kills someone, then you get charged for it. But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can't say he's guilty."

I am really struggling with this. What evidence proved he was defending himself? He lied, it was clear and he didn't want testify, which was also telling.

I really can't accept their logic.

Zimmerman tries to be a Hero, Still a Murderer

So Zimmerman's trying to be a hero now?

Last week, he helped save a family trapped inside their overturned SUV. This happened at the intersection of I-4 and route 417 in Florida. Actually, this happened less than a mile away from where he shot and killed Trayvon Martin.

To be honest, it looks like a PR move; like in the movie, The Contender.

I'm glad the family is safe, but he's still a murderer.
