Boy George is Out...of jail

Time (Clock of the Heart) may have a different meaning for my former idol, Boy George. He was set free from jail the other day for good behavior.

Boy George was sentenced to 15 months but has been released early for good behaviour.

George, who has fought a long battle against drink and drugs, looked much healthier following his stint behind bars.

He appeared to have lost weight, his complexion was much pinker and he's grown a beard, which is grey but tidily trimmed.

Even more tellingly, the sparkle seems to have returned to his eyes. When photographed before sentencing in January he wore the dead look of a man contemplating a long stretch of porridge.

After leaving Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk, George O'Dowd returned to his London home, where he was joined by friends and family eager to celebrate his release.

His brother Kevin O'Dowd arrived carrying a box of groceries to help his brother re-stock his empty house.

George said he was looking forward to a cup of coffee and cake, and would not be drinking alcohol.

Now stay out of trouble and make good music.

Boy George is GUILTY

One of my favorite tortured artist was found guilty today. Boy George was convicted of falsely imprisoning a male escort. Boy G. handcuffed the guy to his bed because he thought the escort was tampering with his computer.

But the escort claimed that Boy George made up the story so he could punish him for not having sex from an earlier "date" (that's what the hookers call it). Boy George was given bail and his sentencing will be on January 16, where he will likely get jail time.

This is a sad example of falling gay star, let's not follow in his footsteps...or at least find an escort that likes handcuffs.
