Ohio News Anchor describes Lady Gaga's Oscar Performance as "Jigaboo Music"
Um, Kristi Capel, an anchor for Cleveland’s Fox 8 needs some education.... Lord, I don't she knew what she was saying, but she called Lady Gaga's Sound of Music medley, Jigaboo Music
Now if you're not aware of what jigaboo means, well I can tell you it isn't cute. A jigaboo is a black person with stereotypical black features like dark skin, wide nose, and big lips. Clearly, she didn't know what she was talking about, but damn, Kristi! She later apologized on Twitter.
But you want another idea of the word, watch this clip from School Daze

Did Lady Gaga's ARTPOP Flop?
Lady Gaga's ARTPOP didn't meet expectations.
Besides the big promotion and Gaga twittering like crazy, the CD will only hit around 260,000 copies. That's over 75% less than "Born This Way", which sold 1.1 million copies in its first week.
And the promo campaign took a hit too. Interscope Records spent $25 million to promote the CD. That's a lot dough, yo. Her sales also fall short from the other girls on the block. Miley Cyrus’ “Bangerz” hit 270,000 and Katy Perry’s “Prism” debuted with 286,000 first-week sales.
So is this considered a flop? Well, yes and no. She on par with the latest IT girls, but it's a far cry from 1.1 million. Grated those sales were boosted from the Amazon .99 cent gimmick, but still, the numbers don't lie. I guess we will see if this is a trend once Beyonce release her next CD.

Lady Gaga's Single Cover for APPLAUSE
She says
“It’s interesting how you view things, and you look at it like, I’m a pop icon, and [you wonder] ‘Is this the image of the album? Is this the direction? Who came up with it?’ I think that’s so interesting because it’s exactly the kind of thing we’re trying to destroy. This is one jacket. This is one image. This is one moment. This is one statement.”
This reminds me of the Smile X commercial on Batman... Love That Joker
