What we know about James Holmes

So far, here's what we know about James Holmes:
  • Supposedly, he is a gifted scientist
  • He got a federal grant working at the top neuroscience programs in the country
  • James was a loner
  • He came from upper-middle class
  • He has no internet presence
  • James is STILL considered a suspect
  • James was a camp counselor for underprivileged children
  • He was a High School honor student
  • James one of six recipients of a Neuroscience Training Grant from the National Institutes of Health
  • He was very nice
So basically, James has broke the mold on killers. He didn't come from a broken home, grow up in the hood, lacked education, had a tough childhood, lacked opportunities or had a history of violence.
If anything, he proved that anyone can be capable of madness. Anyone can be dangerous.

This is tragic. A man open fire in during the premier of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, CO. Over 50 were wounded, 14 are dead. The shooter also had explosives in his car and home.

Here is a couple of clips

President Obama responds:
Michelle and I are shocked and saddened by the horrific and tragic shooting in Colorado.

Federal and local law enforcement are still responding, and my Administration will do everything that we can to support the people of Aurora in this extraordinarily difficult time.

We are committed to bringing whoever was responsible to justice, ensuring the safety of our people, and caring for those who have been wounded.

As we do when confronted by moments of darkness and challenge, we must now come together as one American family.

All of us must have the people of Aurora in our thoughts and prayers as they confront the loss of family, friends, and neighbors, and we must stand together with them in the challenging hours and days to come.
My heart goes out to the people in Aurora.
