Clash of the Titans 2?

Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures are moving ahead with a sequel to Clash of the Titans, which the studio would like as early as spring, 2012. But they will make the journey without Louis Leterrier, who will not return for an encore as director. Sam Worthington will return, as well as most every other character that survived. Greg Berlanti will write the story and the studio is already canvassing the agencies for a writer and director who can whip the movie into shape to shoot before Worthington makes Avatar 2.

Yes, it made a lot of money, but once folks saw it, it was an omega fail. More peeps regret seeing it and now, they want to do a Part 2?

Seriously, I'm questioning if I want to go into this field where foolishness is on tap. I mean, what are they going to do in a Part 2, fight in the Trojan War? Travel to the Planet of the Apes? Save Jesus?

I don't believe in God, but if I did, I would believe in these particular ones.

Glorificus or Glory- She was a diva God in Buffy season 5. Actually, she was the best villain on the show.


Zeus- This Zeus from the one and ONLY Clash of the Titans.


God/George Burns- Oh God! was the best.


Zuul- from Ghostbusters


Kira- from the Muse (Goddess) from Xanadu

Clash of the Titans Review

So I just saw Clash of the Titans and I don't know what to think.

While the flick was cute, it wasn't super better than the original. In fact, the original was better.

However, I will give my review in bullet form:

• This version was very MALE heavy. Not much for the women characters. For example, the Goddesses had speaking parts and one of them played an important role in the film. In the new one, none of them spoke.
• Perseus whined too much about being a half-god.
• Io was the love interest, not Andromeda.
• Thetis, who demanded the Kraken to take Andromeda, was not in the movie.
• Hades was the main villain, and he sucked.
• The origin of Calibos was better in the original, the new version was silly.
• Sam was hot as Perseus, but Harry played him better.
• Medusa was also better in the original.
• What was interesting was the use of the Djinn in this movie. The idea was cute.
• The Kraken in this version was over dramatic and under used.
• Bubo made an appearance in this version.
• They fought a lot in this film.
• It was more like 300 meets Harry Potter.

Diva Moment... Thetis

In Clash of the Titans, one of the best moments was given to us by Thetis, the sea goddess.

Here is a scene, where Miss Queen Cassiopeia learns a serious lesson when she compares Andromeda's beauty to Thetis.

Well, this goddess didn't like that at all (skip to the 3:10 mark)
