A Lawsuit claims Obama can't be president because he's ‘MULATTO!’

Issues of race is alive and well in the 21st century. Just when we thought it was safe from the birthers, more mess arises. A fool named Gordon Warren Epperly said Obama can't be president because he is bi-racial. And he's so serious about this, he has filed a lawsuit!

Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama, a.ka. Barack H. Obama has the race status of being a "mulatto." Barack Obama's father (Barack Hussein Obama I) was a full blood Negro being born Nyang'oma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya and raised in the Colony of Kenya. Barack Obama's mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) was a white Caucasian woman being born in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 1942 and raised in the state of Washington and in the state of Hawaii.

The petition concludes:

As stated above, for an Individual to be a candidate for the office of president of the United States, the candidate must meet the qualifications set forth in the United States Constitution and one of those qualifications is that the Candidate shall be a "natural born citizen" of the United States. As Barack Hussein Obama II is of the "mulatto" race, his status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Before the [purported] ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, the race of "Negro" or "mulatto" had no standing to be citizens of the United States under the United States Constitution.

Child please, this fool is so wrong on the 14th amendment and he's in Alaska. Alaska, where there are plenty of mixed race people.  I hope somebody is watching this Gordon Warren Epperly person. He seems to be completely off his rocker.

Supreme Court to hear case on Affirmative Action in College Admissions

Here we go again.

The Supreme Court will deal with Affirmative Action in university admissions. This is being put back on the table in an appeal from a white student who was denied a spot at University of Texas.

A new ruling could get rid of Affirmative Action is colleges.

Will there be any discussions about Diversity, Social Justice or Race Relations at the National Equality March?

I was looking at the schedule of events for the National Equality March and I noticed there were no workshops discussing race relations or diversity.

I was hoping this event would present opportunities for such conversations, but so far, I'm not seeing any time devoted to those matters.

Maybe I missing something, but I think it's imperative to have these discussions at this march. One of our major problem areas is the lack of outreach to communities of color. Plus, many LGBT communities of color continue to feel alienated from the overall LGBT family.

Why not take this time to address those issues and create some action steps to improve our relations? This is the perfect time, the perfect place. In order to achieve any of our goals we need to be an united and welcoming front.

As I said, maybe I missed it, but I hope it gets addressed someway, somehow.
