A Lawsuit claims Obama can't be president because he's ‘MULATTO!’

Issues of race is alive and well in the 21st century. Just when we thought it was safe from the birthers, more mess arises. A fool named Gordon Warren Epperly said Obama can't be president because he is bi-racial. And he's so serious about this, he has filed a lawsuit!

Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama, a.ka. Barack H. Obama has the race status of being a "mulatto." Barack Obama's father (Barack Hussein Obama I) was a full blood Negro being born Nyang'oma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya and raised in the Colony of Kenya. Barack Obama's mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) was a white Caucasian woman being born in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 1942 and raised in the state of Washington and in the state of Hawaii.

The petition concludes:

As stated above, for an Individual to be a candidate for the office of president of the United States, the candidate must meet the qualifications set forth in the United States Constitution and one of those qualifications is that the Candidate shall be a "natural born citizen" of the United States. As Barack Hussein Obama II is of the "mulatto" race, his status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Before the [purported] ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, the race of "Negro" or "mulatto" had no standing to be citizens of the United States under the United States Constitution.

Child please, this fool is so wrong on the 14th amendment and he's in Alaska. Alaska, where there are plenty of mixed race people.  I hope somebody is watching this Gordon Warren Epperly person. He seems to be completely off his rocker.

Jan Brewer had words with President Obama over Arizona's Immigration law

Arizona Governor and mess queen Jan Brewer wasn't that excited about President Obama's arrival in Arizona. In fact, she has some words for him.

Brewer and Obama "spoke intensely for a few minutes" after he landed at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, according to a White House pool report. At one point, the GOP governor shook her finger at the president.


"He was a little disturbed about my book," Brewer told a reporter after the incident, referring to her political memoir, "Scorpions for Breakfast." In the book, Brewer depicted Obama as "patronizing" during an earlier meeting.


"I said to him that I have all the respect in the world for the office of the president," Brewer said. "The book is what the book is. I asked him if he read the book. He said he read the excerpt. So."


Brewer said Obama told her "that he didn't feel I had treated him cordially."


"I said I was sorry he felt that way but I didn't get my sentence finished," Brewer said. "Anyway, we're glad he's here. I'll regroup."

She knows she is wrong for her actions and Obama called her ass on it. I think Miss Jan better get ready for a battle.

House Dems Reject the Tax Cut Deal

Well, I think this is how the Tax Cut Deal may change. The House Dems rejected the deal and wants more changes

In a meeting on Thursday morning, the House Democratic caucus rejected the president's proposed deal on the Bush tax cuts but did not fully submarine the possibility of its passage, multiple sources tell The Huffington Post.

Members, by voice vote, passed a motion to reject the deal as currently written. The motion had been put forward by Reps. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) and Lloyd Doggett (D-Tex.) and was seconded, informally, by Reps. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio) and Jay Inslee (D-Wash.).

"It was an indication of disapproval and a rejection of the deal as currently written," said one House Democratic aide.

The vote, which was conducted with something less than a full caucus present, was as much a repudiation of the substance of the deal as the White House's handling of it. According to sources, several members spoke out about the provision that deals with the estate tax, calling it too generous to the wealthy in its current incarnation. But there was also evident frustration with the administration for essentially cutting House Democrats out of the negotiations.

As we speak a counter proposal is being drafted.  This may also turn out to be in Obama's favor. See here, how this may be the game changer for the Dems.

On several gay blogs, I'm seeing this attack on Obama. Either it's about Rick Warren, DOMA, what he said 12 years ago, how many queers are in the cabinet or in White House, and so on. But you know what? Enough of these sucker punches!

The man hasn't taken oath and they are already treating him like Bush. He's not President yet and they are ready to throw him out. I don't know if this is some hidden Hillary voters issues or a secret PUMA plan, but they need to calm down.

To be really real, he don't own us anyhing. He's not serving just the gays, he's serving the nation. There are people losing their homes and health care, so I'm aware that our issues may not be on top of the list. I'm going to wait and see what Obama's going to do. He has a lot on his plate and we should be aware of that. I don't know where this...attitude is coming from.

Yes, we are pissed and tired of the foolishness besetting our lives, but goddamnit give Obama a frakking chance. Let him frak up 8 months from now and then address the issues. Hold him accountable, but also be reasonable and real. Stop digging up old ass documents, and crying over Hill-Hill's spilled milk. Obama spoke up for us, defended us, talked about us in his big winning speech...we should be thankful for all these things.

Family, Obama is our friend. Let's not treat our friend like an enemy and let's not bite the man that can help us. We need all the support we can get. So enough of picking, please.

Oh and another thing...Where was all of this mess when the campaign was happening? It just feels a bit petty to do this now.
