Federal Judge says that ALL Florida Clerks will issue Marriage Licenses to Gay Couples

U.S. District Judge Robert L. Hinkle just gave gay couples some great news! 

He ruled that all, let me say it again, all Florida clerks are bound by the U.S. Constitution not to only stop enforcing the gay marriage ban, but to issue gay couples their license to marry on Tuesday. 

Pam Bondi has run out of options and Florida joins with the other states that allow marriage equality. What a nice way to kick off the new year.
