Flashback 1994-1997: The Grind on MTV


The Grind was my life in the 90s. I always had the latest remixes due to this show.

I mean, if I was going to be gay in Murray, Ky; I needed the hottest dance music around. Plus, watching Eric Nies was a nice piece of the show too.

    DJ David Morales spun often at the Roxy (which was my Saturday night hangout during this period). This music takes me back!!!
