House GOP's reveals their Budget Plan

Rep. Paul Ryan announced the House GOP's announced their budget plans today. First he used a video, then the plan dubbed as "Path to Prosperity".

    Does this plan to prosperity include a job that makes me $65k a year like the one I had during the Clinton administration? It doesn't? What a surprise. [/sarcasm]
