Ugh, I'm so tired of her, Jean, or Phoenix, or whatever the hell she/it is will it just stay gone!
How many times can she come back? I know I have the issue that was the first time Phoenix showed up and maybe have the one where she committed suicide on the moon.
It may be more accurate to say that the Phoenix force is coming back. I'm not sure if Jean permanently bonded with it or not? Do you know Vic?
If anything I think this may just be the Phoenix force finding a new suitable host.
Where is Rachel these days? Is she still out in space somewhere? I know she was wielding the Phoenix force for a while and then it left her abruptly to return to Earth, presumably to go into Hope. That makes me think all the more that it's not Jean per se.
And isn't it interesting that basically Hope is Rogue in full control without having to touch people. Rogue had abilities very similar to this at one point. She could use any ability she had ever absorbed at will. Not sure how that got kicked to the curb. She was pretty friggin powerful! Alpha mutant level!
I'm thinking that Hope is a part of Jean coming together. We have seen Maddie and he Phoenix, I think it time we will see Jean

I see what you are saying. So Hope is Jean reincarnated somehow. Which makes sense with the what a Phoenix actually does. How strange being raised by your own son. (Cable) Countdown to when he'll be showing back up too! I wouldn't hold out for Nightcrawler though.
