LGBT Organization Leadership Lack Diversity











Washington Blade did an interesting post of the LGBT leadership. You can check it out here, but what I see is a lack of leaders of color, as well as, orgs. of color.

I need to write about this sometime, because when we don't have diversity in leadership, how do we truly address our community moving forward?
