Update on SCOTUS and the Gay marriage cases

Rumor has it that SCOTUS may pick up the Gay Marriage cases on October 10th.  So, we will be on the lookout until then.

It seems that either, they are comfortable with their stance and just holding off, or they are all over the place with their views.
