I thought I saw a twist coming when Jessica said Bill was getting warm and then Sookie heard his thoughts - that her infected blood might make him human again. Guess not. If I remember correctly, in the books Sookie ended up with Sam but the books and the show parted company after the second season.
I was frustrated by certain things, like no Lafayette and giving a lot of screen to Hoyt and Jessica's wedding. But overall I thought it was a good send-off.
I just couldn't with it. I wasn't happy with it at all. It could've been more outrageous, going back to the season 1 and 2 roots of outlandish shenanigans that made me fall in love with the show, but nope.
