It was easy and always got a laugh. You go to a thrift store and get a garment bag, cut holes for head, arms, and legs, and then get a hanger--plastic--to look like it goes through your head. Maybe wear some black tights, and you're Luggage-On-Legs. I did Luggage for many years.
Great question! The best costume I ever had was going as Robin Hood, one of my favorite childhood heroes, when I was little. My mom made me a hat like his and we cut an old pair of green jeans into shorts and made a square alternating pattern for the leg edge. I already had a toy bow and green shirt to wear, so I was all set after putting on sandals to finish the look.
A ninja.
ReplyDeleteLuggage.
