Supreme Court upholds the Individual Mandate


Big victory for President Obama!

Quick hits:

  • Chief Justice John G. Roberts sided with most of the judges. 

  • Court rejects Mandatory Medicaid expansion

Now the law will possibly cover more than 30 million Americans who do not have it.
