I liked it. It seems like they're getting back to the political/religious metaphors of seasons one and two. And it's great they're exploring Pam and Eric's history, plus Tara's vampire turn is good twist for Sookie and Lafayette's characters.
But Hoyt is getting on my damn nerves (yes Jason banged your ex. It sucks, but let it go, geesh). Maybe if he did something besides sulk all the time, I'd warm up to him again. And Luna and Sam's story seems stuck in neutral.
