Good video! I like Dwayne Johnson but sometimes having someone next to you telling you "It's going to be all right" isn't enough. When you are down so far in the pit of depression, it takes a LOT of encouragement to get you out of that hole. And most of it has to come from yourself. It's a vicious circle, I know.
