Federal Judge declares Arizona gay marriage ban Unconstitutional! No stay granted!

Same-sex couples can start applying for marriage licenses soon because the gay marriage ban is unconstitutional! 

The cool thing is, Republican Arizona AG Tom Horne will not get in the way. He believes that all other rulings striking down the marriage bans applies to Arizona. U.S. District Court Judge John Sedwick Will not grant a stay so, folks get ready!
