I'm off to DC for the LGBT Media Convening! It should be a blast, learning more about the movement and blogging.

    AND.... one request ... Please remind them that media portrayal should not SIMPLY be for the sensational purpose.

    Let's also represent ALL our community - ethnicity / gender etc
