We lost one of the greats.
Juanita Moore, known for her classic role in the film Imitation of Life, died yesterday. Juanita received an Oscar nod for that role, making her the 2nd Black woman to ever be nominated.
Later, Juanita was featured in 30 plus films throughout her career.
She was 99 years old.
