The courts have got to be taking Loving v. Virginia into account here so I'm hoping they see it clear to strike down EVERY constitutional ban on same sex marriage. That would give the bigots a case of apoplexy.
DOMA is dead though, I mean really dead. It can't even must rational basis reasoning.
