Is Joss Whedon bringing Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to Avengers 2?


In a recent interview, Joss said this about who will be in the Avengers 2:
I’ve got these two characters, two of my favorite characters from the comic book, a brother-sister act.

Now, I'm curious. Who is he talking about? Could it be the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver? Andrea and Andreas von Strucker? Or Jean-Paul and Jeanne-Marie Beaubier?

    Agatha Harkness....(damn I love the sound of that name) taught The Scarlet Witch very well.

    Hmm. I'd love to see Wanda and Pietro in the next film. Now, as for the casting, who to pick. I don't want another bad choice like Halle Berry's Storm. Any ideas?
