Cardinal Keith O’Brien has been a naughty man. He was having sex with other priests! True story, true scandal! He resigned from the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland in hopes to keep it low, but this story is running wild.
This is what he said:
“I wish to take this opportunity to admit that there have been times that my sexual conduct has fallen below the standards expected of me as a priest, archbishop and cardinal,”What's so interesting about all of this is his strong anti-gay stance. O'Brien said a lot of hateful things in the past. I guess his self-hatred got the best of him.

What truly sad lives these men must lead.
ReplyDeleteThe disgraced cardinal evidently should have thought twice before he judged others for the same behaviors that he enjoyed. People in glass houses should not throw stones.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if the Church would allow priest to have healthy sexual contact with others, this would alleviate some to the continuing scandals? Other denominations allow their clergy to marry. This is long, long overdue.
