I don't know what it is about him, but I think he's hot. He is the kind of guy that you would give up your High School popularity for. And if you wasn't popular, he's the type of guy you would give up your emo-cred for.

Evan has this dirty innocence that's sexy and dangerous. I hope he knows how hot he is, but if he doesn't, I would be very happy to tell him.
