Proof that in some states a mind is a terrible thing.I wondered for a second why California didn't get on the first list, and then I remember that of all of my high school friends who went to college I was the only one who graduated.
I'm not surprised since most of the states are in the south. They probably still think the earth is flat and earth is the center of the universe.

Well I'm glad to see New Jersey is noted for something other than "Jersey Shore."
