Wow, that's some serious flooding. Around here where I live we do get flooding in the valley area but as I live uphill from that we stay dry.
But this one didn't dump a lot of rain in Providence. Plenty of wind but again, not bad. Put it this way when the wind howls I can hear it in the patio area. It's a nice little cube with concrete on two sides so it whistles.
