Yes indeed, kind of odd how Fox completely skirts the issue of Ryan's performance. Even Keyron picked up on the rapid blinking on Ryan's part. That is a clear sign that someone is telling a lie. And as far as Vice President Biden laughing, smiling, smirking etc. he had every right to be derisive of Ryan's half truths and sins of omission.
