Out gymnast Josh Dixon will not go to the Olympics


Josh Dixon didn't place in the top 5 spots for Olympic gymnastic team. He finished in 13th place, but did very well considering he had a severe injury last year.

Josh was very fortunate to make it to the Olympic Trials and I hope he keeps pressing on. He has great opportunities ahead of him, and being openly gay will inspire others to come out in the sports world.

    It sure would have been nice to have an openly gay athlete compete in London.

    I understand how these things work; it's still a shame that he didn't place, however. Having an openly gay gymnast (who is smokin' hot) representing the USA would have been fantastic.
