No never really went to gay bars. Not that much of a club/house music fan. My bar was a gay/straight rock & roll club and lately I only go a few times a year. My partying days are behind me and now I am a homebody.
If I am with a good friend or group of folks I would go. When I go alone it is very hit or miss, and it just makes me miss Marcos. I often find I don't really care for it. I also feel those days are behind me.
I rather go out for dinner, or a lounge/cafe kinda setting.
I agree with RJ. I cringe at the thought of having to go to a bar. I will go to lounges where I can sit and chill with friends and talk and drink a few martinis. but that's it.
I don't go out as much as I used to, partly because I'm in a relationship and my work schedule. But I went out for my birthday and had a pretty good time.
No. Once you hit a certain age, you ARE the oldest person in the bar. Don't be that person.

Not much. We hit up a local bar when we want a quick dinner at the bar, but other than that....No.....No.
ReplyDeleteVery rarely, mostly because I don't like going alone. I lean toward the "bear" bars and they aren't on every street corner.
