I saw it many times in 2D and it is a great movie. However, I will not participate in James Cameron's shameless scheme to squeeze a few more bucks out of it. The fact that its release coincides with the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the great ship really irks me. It's like Cameron is trying to make money from the misfortune of those poor souls who lost their lives that night.
I've seen it but I'm not going to sit nearly four hours to see it again in 3D.

It's a good movie that I've watched several times. Being in 3D makes no difference to me.

Saw it in 2D and hated it in 2D. So no...I won't be lining James Cameron's pockets with more money to see it in 3D. Sorry.
