Lord, I found some mess for y'all. This is Paul Eugene and he has a collection of gospel aerobics video for you.

    Wow - that is something else.

    It's funny, we were goofing on a Yoga video a friend was using last weekend.

    It was so contrived. Shot in the desert, the only tracks you see leading up to the guy were his. He was Asian, very cute and hot in BOTH ways.
