Court Rules: Prop. 8 is Unconstitutional!


By a 2-1 decision of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Prop 8 violates the U.S. Constitution.

The haters vowed to appeal.

    It's just a matter of time before same sex marriage is legal nationwide. I just hope it is in my lifetime.
