Ron Paul believes the Civil Rights Act of 1964 destroyed privacy. This is what he said:

ReplyDeleteHas any one forgotten that back in the day if a black man was caught reading he was put to death? Or if any one was teaching blacks to read was a death sentence? .......I opened up a can of worms...oops.
