Willow. Hands down. She'd drain the magical energy from Antonia faster than u can say "Sookie Sandwich with Bill & Eric"... for the pure and simple purpose of adding more veins to her face.
@Prince, I watched Buffy till this day on CHILLER. Willow drains too much. I haven't seen Antonia use a lot of her craft. It is really hard to tell still. Zander had no problem taking Willow down.
I don;t know Antonia at all, but Willow was fierce! My money;s on her, what with the flaying alive and all....
