Which, I think, effectively lessens his chances of being elected since most Americans favor the repeal. He's doing this to pander to the 'baggers, but, if he was ever elected [insert snow ball's chances in hell, here] he would do nothing. He's a panderer and the 'baggers are too ignorant to see it.
