It's never a dull moment in the Superman search. I was Kool-Aiding around on the True Blood sites, when I saw this info on True-Blood.net
"Joe Manganiello is appearing at EyeCon this weekend, and per reports from fans at the convention, he revealed that he is in talks with Warner Bros. to play the Man of Steel in the upcoming Superman reboot. Others rumored to be up for the role are Brendan Routh who played Clark Kent in Superman Returns and Tom Welling who has played the role on Smallville for 10 seasons. What do you think, would Joe make a good Superman?"Joe would be good, great even. Bu according to his Twitter account, he's not in talks yet. Still, my heart is to Brandon to reprise the role.
He's got the face for it, without the scruff... But he would definitely need to slim down. Superman is am overgrown boy scout, not a porn star.

ReplyDeleteI don't think they'll use Brandon... which is a shame, as he's one of my absolute favourite Superman actors. Loved him to bits. Hoping against hope they go with current Clarky. He rocks.
