It was so awesome that he mentioned it. I was looking at the clock and seeing that it was almost over and he didn't say anything, so I thought that all of the speculation that he was going to mention it was for naught.
Certainly a first in history.
It reaffirms his commitment to repealing it and as being part of the SOTU it really puts it up as part of his overall agenda and not just some side project.
Now it's up to Congress. I think we can see it repealed by the end of the year.
