Silly me


I thought I had indigestion because my stomach and back ached, turns out, I pulled a muscle in my back.

I guess when I start squatting 230lbs, doing 5 sets/6 reps (look a me sounding all manly-like), I should've took it easy with lighter weight.

Oh well, you live in pain and learn.
