An Obama Effigy to kick off the New Year

Good Grief! The U.S. Secret Service found an effigy of President Obama hanging from a building in the hometown of former President Carter.

    I'm not surpised or shocked. I lived in ATL for 10 years and know the racism down there still all too well.
